• Lead designer within Veho’s internal Ground Operations space consisting of 30+ facilities nationwide. Led discovery, design, and execution of design solutions for the Facility Mobile App and Facility Management Console.
  • Worked closely with Ground Ops, Process Engineers, and other various stakeholders to create a toolset for efficient package handling within Veho’s middle-mile network, while also streamlining last-mile delivery prep.
  • Performed discovery work and user research to determine roadmap items and surface friction points.
• Designed an end-to-end chain of custody system to handle injection, movement, and delivery of packages.
