I’m Dayne. I’m a product designer, but I’m also just a guy who loves making things, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the little things in life. These days I call Medford, Oregon home. I’ve been here about three years now, and before that, Phoenix, Arizona was my stomping ground for a good stretch. Honestly it shaped a lot of who I am both professionally and personally.
Moving to Oregon was a bit of a shift. Phoenix is loud, fast, and sunny. Medford is quieter, greener, and surrounded by mountains and rivers. It turns out, that suits me pretty well.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me out on a river somewhere. Fly fishing is kind of my thing. I love being out on the water, reading the current, just being present. I actually love it enough that I’m building my own fishing journal app on the side. I’m wearing every hat on that one, PM, designer, engineer, all me. It’s a fun way to scratch that itch to build something from the ground up, and I’ll be documenting the journey as it goes.
Winters are for skiing. Nothing beats getting out on the mountain and just carving it up. And yeah, I’m a coffee person. A real coffee person. But at the end of the day, the thing that grounds me most is just hanging out with my wife and our dog. Those are my people.

What am I listening to? Saosin, Chiodos, My Chemical Romance, Lake Street Dive, and Bo Burnham are some of a few of my favorites.
